The courts are across the street from the beautiful Iris Gardens, which is a lovely place to take a stroll or relax. Located right next to the tennis court is a basketball court, baseball field, playground, and community pool, so there are plenty of nearby activities! Getting a court usually isn’t a problem since there are 7 of them, however, the park does tend to get crowded during prime time.

  2. Nishuane Park, Montclair 48 High St, Montclair, NJ 07042

Nishuane Park has 8 tennis courts, and is located across the street from Nishuane School. This park is near Downtown Montclair and South-Side Montclair, and like Mountainside has a baseball field and community pool. 3. Meadowland Park, South Orange 5 Mead St, South Orange, NJ 07079

The Kenny Graham tennis courts at Meadowland Park in South Orange are absolutely beautiful. The park boasts 8 recently resurfaced hard tennis courts that are a joy to play on. 4. Surgent Park, Clifton 25 Craig Pl, Clifton, NJ 07013

These blue tennis courts, hidden behind the Alexis Steak House will remind you of the Australian Open! These tennis courts are free of cracks and soft spots and are hidden from the main road so many people do not even realize that they’re there. There are only two courts here, so a wait time is possible during peak hours, however, the little known location will usually make these tennis courts a good bet.
